Welche Arbeitsplatte ist die richtige für meinen Anwendungsfall?
Das hängt von Ihrem Einsatzzweck ab:
  • Für Standard-Tischplätze bei normaler Beanspruchung: Melaminharzbeschichtete Platte, 30 mm stark, lichtgrau
  • Für erhöhte Anforderungen: HPL-beschichtet 0,8 mm – robust & kratzfest
  • Für höchste Beanspruchung und Kratzfestigkeit: HPL-beschichtet 3,0 mm – sehr widerstandsfähig
  • Für Labor-, Elektro- und Prüfplätze: ESD-fähige Platten (melaminharz- oder HPL-beschichtet, volumenleitfähig)
  • Für höchste Kratz- und Chemikalienbeständigkeit: Arbeitsplatte mit Chromstahlabdeckung
  • Für allgemeine Arbeiten: Multiplex oder massive Buche – robust, in verschiedenen Stärken
Alle Varianten sind in vielen Abmessungen und auf Wunsch auch mit Sonderausstattungen wie Waagenausschnitten erhältlich.
Was ist der Unterschied zwischen HPL 0,8 mm und HPL 3,0 mm?
HPL 0,8 mm ist kratzfest und robust für den normalen Einsatz. HPL 3,0 mm ist besonders widerstandsfähig, dickschichtig und ideal für starke Beanspruchung oder grobe Werkzeuge. Sie bietet die höchste Abrieb- und Kratzfestigkeit im Sortiment.
Welche Arbeitsplatten sind ESD-fähig?
ESD-fähig sind zwei Varianten: melaminharzbeschichtet (volumenleitfähig) und HPL-beschichtet 0,8 mm (ebenfalls volumenleitfähig). Beide sind für sensible Bereiche wie Elektronikmontage oder Prüfplätze geeignet.
Welche Arbeitsplatte eignet sich für Labore?
Für Labore empfehlen sich ESD-Platten (melamin oder HPL) sowie Chromstahlplatten. Diese sind reinigungsfreundlich, chemikalienbeständig und ableitfähig, wenn nötig.
Welche Platte hält am meisten aus?
Die HPL 3,0 mm und die Chromstahlabdeckung sind am widerstandsfähigsten. Auch Multiplex oder massive Buche sind bei mechanischer Belastung sehr stabil.
Gibt es auch Arbeitsplatten in Sondermaßen?
Ja. Alle Arbeitsplatten sind auch in Sondermaßen erhältlich. Sonderanfertigungen sind auf Anfrage individuell nach Bedarf möglich.
Gibt es Ablageböden passend zu den Tischgestellen?
Ja. Für jedes ERGO-line Tischgestell gibt es passende untere oder seitliche Ablageböden in verschiedenen Breiten und Materialien.
